But why is the dog wearing glasses?
Money can buy
- Independence and safety (not having to rely on abusive ppl, getting to control how you spend your time and money)
- Experiences (travel, events, vacations, entertainment)
- Health (medical care duh, good food, good location, reduced stress)
- Opportunity (car, being able to move, having a safety net, “looking professional”)
- Confidence (clothes that make you look good, things that make you feel good)
iunno that seems a lot like happiness
I going through this long list on facebook of people I went to school with as a kid, and some elementary schoool friends that I no longer talk to.
And it’s making me feel happy.
Because it’s like
“Oh look, my friend from grade 7 has a baby now, good for you!"
Or like
"Wow, that one guy who was the loner of the school is now a well educated and attractive man. I’m so proud of you!”
But most importantly;
“Lol that dude that bullied me looks like a hillbilly"
